A recent survey by The Digital Chamber reveals that 40% of Black voters consider cryptocurrency policies when deciding their vote. Additionally, 25% of Democrats and 21% of Republicans are more likely to support a pro-crypto candidate. The survey suggests a growing “crypto voting bloc” of 26 million U.S. voters prioritizes pro-crypto policies.
The study found that 16% of respondents consider crypto policies “extremely” or “very” important. Perianne Boring, CEO of The Digital Chamber, says the findings should alert policymakers, especially with predictions of a tight White House race.
Notably, two in five Black voters prioritize crypto policies, double the rate of white voters. Most Democratic and Republican respondents want the new president and Congress to support the crypto industry.
