Ever since the cryptocurrency industry started to spread out, growing with new cryptos merging all over, official partnerships with premium organizations for branding has been in play. One of the most suited sectors to reach out immediately to the masses, is through entertainment and sports partnerships.

Likewise, over the time many crypto firms have partnered with top niche entertainment and sports organizations, in order to establish their brand overall. And so, almost all sports are now linked together with a crypto firm, from football leagues, soccer clubs, racing teams, Formula one, National Basketball Association (NBA), have all been sponsored and tied up with various crypto firms.

One such epic partnership is the long deal of a prominent global crypto exchange app, the Crypto.com along with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The two have been in hand to hand since 2021. Starting off with sponsoring the events, Crypto.com has set up a higher benchmark with granting bonuses in Bitcoin (BTC) for the fighters.

The BTC Bonuses
Accordingly, UFC officially stated that the fan based bonuses will now be granted to the fighters in BTC through their crypto partner, Crypto.com. As per the statement from the stables of Cypto.com, the fan based bonuses will be paid for the three fighters with the top most pay-per-view (PPV). In addition, the three BTC bonuses for every night will be ranging from BTCs worth $10K to $30K.

Also, fans and viewers could vote for their favorite fighter for the BTC bonus of the night directly through the official page of Crypto.com too. This BTC bonus will be implemented from the night of 9th April, 2022, for the epic fight between Volkanovski and The Korean Zombie, which is UFC:273.

Moreover, this introduction of the BTC bonus is absolutely an extra addition to the already existing performance of the night and so on. In spite of all this, the UFC President, Dana White states that this BTC bonus will enable and engage more fans for the fight nights extensively, on contrary to the epic performances.
