Also, launched in the latter days of March 2023, the Polygon zkEVM was anticipated to be a major web 3.0 event this year. The zkEVM network was created as a scaling option for Ethereum blockchain-based decentralized applications (Dapps).
Furthermore, according to the proposal, success will be measured by an increase in Uniswap’s Total Addressable Market in terms of total value locked, unique interacting wallets, transaction volumes, and DApp integration with partners.
Also, the team has shown an interest in becoming an industry frontrunner in the zero-knowledge space. The rising popularity of zkEVM may be traced back to the increasing need for zero-knowledge blockchains and the network’s proximity to Ethereum.
The team stated:
“There’s significant value in Uniswap being available on an EVM compatible ZK rollup. Deploying early on zkEVM helps solidify Uniswap’s place as the number one DEX and a thought leader.”
The Uniswap Labs wallet app, meanwhile, was approved by Apple on Thursday, the company revealed. Customers in the United States and many other countries may now download the newest version of Uniswap Wallet for iOS.
